The Central Government Debt debt in this dataset represents the state debt (central budgetary organizations debt) at the end of the quarter or year, valuated at face value excluding liabilities from unpaid interest. The debt consits of outstanding principal arising from voluntary clients of State Treasury deposits, issuance of state bonds, government loans, collaterals, long-term trade credits, liabilities assumed from EFEF and the green energy scheme and imputed loan from EOSA.
